It is embarrassing to be in the business of corresponding and not have taken the time to say thank you to the people that made it possible. Though this is long overdue, I wanted to let you know how Client Connection changed my life. The wonderful dilemma is that we have been so busy taking orders and mailing cards that I have not had time to write!

As you know, I came to Denver for your training simply because it was in Colorado. With all of the “get rich quick”, “start your own business and make millions”, schemes out there, I was skeptical. I never expected to come out there and actually meet the owners of the company, let alone find that they were two wonderful, hardworking women who inspired me beyond the business.

I soon discovered that Client Connection was NOT a typical venture.  Owning my own business had never crossed my mind but once I met you and was introduced to your program, I realized that I absolutely could, and wanted to, do this. You gave us the tools to get started without having to re-invent the wheel. From the software to the contacts with vendors, from forms to demo card ideas, we had everything we needed to begin. The investment was certainly worth it to not have to start from scratch. Also, you and your staff have been more than willing to share and support which makes a huge difference. You didn’t just sell us a package and then drop out of sight.

I have always been a believer in personal contact via the written word so this is the perfect venue for me. I am passionate about what we are doing and it is the most fun I have had in years! Is it hard work? Absolutely, YES! Is it worth every minute? Absolutely, YES!

First, I want to thank you for everything you have done in putting together this wonderful concept you call the "Smart Start Greeting Card Mailing Program". After purchasing PBG Mailings Manager, attending your training classes, and sitting down with everything when I got home, I realized that you two do NOT charge enough for the program. I have never run across a system so well developed and executed as the system and training you have provided. Everything you need to start and run your own business (with the exception of hardware) has been provided and more.

I originally invested in your program after researching various ideas that exist today. My wife and I were looking for something to do while she is a stay at home mom with our two sons. When I first read about your program, I had to stop and think about why would anyone not want to participate in the program. The concept is sound, well thought out, and has as much potential as you want to personally put into it. The prospects are limitless. Only your imagination and time are the two limiting variables. I wish we would have found out about you 4 years ago when my first son was born. Your willingness to exceed expectations and your underlying desire to truly provide a marketable product cannot be expressed in words alone. In a world where customer satisfaction has gone by the way side, you two ladies are a beacon of light to which I can only hope to achieve part of your shining success.

On a side note, please thank all of your staff for being courteous and helpful during the hundred calls I have already made. They have been very patient and helpful when I called for something trivial. I look forward to many years of learning and partnership.
